COVID-19: Check-in, face covering required COVID-19: Check-in, face covering required

Due to a rise in coronavirus (Covid-19) cases, from 24 September 2020 new local restrictions mean Durham and Northumberland County FA Clubs at Steps 5 and 6 of the NLS will see a further reduction in the number of spectators allowed to attend fixtures.

Fifteen per cent of the minimum ground grading capacity at the level (maximum of 150 spectators) can now attend matches compared to 30 per cent (or 300 spectators) earlier in the month.

However, current Government advice is spectators should not attend but those who are in attendance must check-in to all venues using the new "NHS Covid-19" smartphone app or by providing contact details in writing for track and trace purposes to help stop the spread of the virus.

All spectators must now also wear face coverings at all times (unless medically exempt) and continue to follow social distancing & hygiene rules.

Anyone who displays any Covid-19 symptoms, is awaiting a test result or is part of a household which is self-isolating must not attend under any circumstance.
